At CLOSER, every piece is handcrafted by master goldsmiths and gemstone setters, with skills passed down through generations. Our jewelry is made to last.
 

We are so confident in our quality that we offer a two-year guarantee against manufacturing defects.

  • CLOSER pieces are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of delivery.

  • This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that originate during manufacturing and become apparent during this period.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Obvious damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence.
  • Lost or stolen items.
  • Scratches, dents, or other signs of normal wear and tear (e.g., bent rings, broken chains).
  • Damage caused by improper use, improper storage, or exposure to chemicals.
  • Modifications, repairs, or resizing performed by jewelers or third parties outside of CLOSER.
    Note: Work performed by outside jewelers will void your warranty and any eligibility for refund, replacement, or repair.
  • Insurance against accidental damage, theft, or loss.

  • Items purchased through unauthorized resellers, marketplaces, or third-party websites. The warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from CLOSER or from authorized CLOSER retail partners.

CLOSER offers professional repair services for a reasonable service fee under our Resmith Program. Please contact us at contact@closerjewel.com to arrange a repair.
