At Closer, shopping is never about impulsive buying. Our pieces are timeless creations, not occasional trends.

Since all our jewelry is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Each piece is crafted specifically for you, according to your requirements. We strongly encourage you to confirm your size, color, length, and quantity before placing your order. 

Please note that slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship, natural characteristics or internal inclusions, visible or otherwise, in coloured gemstones are unique and individual to each item. These characteristics are considered part of the character of the item and should not be considered a defect.

Closer is, however, happy to assist with any sizing concerns after purchase.

We offer resizing services for certain styles of rings, bracelets, and bangles. Please write to us at contact@closerjewel.com or message us on WhatsApp, and we will guide you through the process.

In the unlikely event your product arrives with a defect or damage, please email us at contact@closerjewel.comwithin 24 hours of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos or a short video showing the issue. Our team will review your request promptly and work with you to resolve it.

Please note: claims submitted after 24 hours of receiving your order cannot be accepted.

  • If you need to make changes to your order, please email us at contact@closerjewel.com as soon as possible—ideally within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, the sale will be considered final.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
  • Please also note that if delivery is refused and the item is returned to us, the order will not be eligible for a refund.
