While we strive to deliver worldwide, there may be rare occasions when we cannot find a reliable courier service for very remote areas. If this happens, we’ll notify you by email and issue a full refund right away.
Due to international regulations, we are unfortunately unable to ship to certain countries affected by economic sanctions.

From the moment we begin handcrafting your piece until it is on its way to you, our team will keep you updated every step of the journey. You’ll also receive a notification as soon as your order has been dispatched.
UAE: 1–2 business days
GCC: 2–3 business days
International: 3–5 business days We always aim to deliver on time. If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll keep you informed and share the updated delivery timeline.
You’ll also receive a text message at the phone number provided at checkout to confirm your delivery date.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor its progress until it reaches you.
- UAE: We take care of all clearances, duties, and taxes.
- Outside the UAE: Customers are responsible for paying any applicable duties, taxes, and customs charges in their respective countries.
We use FedEx, UPS, and DHL for shipping.
All shipments are fully insured for your peace of mind. For logistics and insurance purposes, our team may request proof of identity, and parcels will only be handed to the specified recipient.
Orders must be received in person at the delivery address, and a signature is required. If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will contact you to arrange a convenient redelivery.
Need to update your delivery address? Please reach out to us right away. Address changes can only be made before your order has been shipped.
We’re unable to deliver to PO boxes, so please provide a full physical address and valid contact details at checkout.
If you refuse to accept your package, or if multiple delivery attempts fail, the courier will return the parcel to our registered office. In such cases, you will not be eligible for a refund.
In the rare event your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us right away. Our team will work with our courier partner to resolve the issue and arrange either a replacement or a refund, as appropriate. To ensure we can assist you quickly, please report any damage within 24 hours of receiving your package. Any request for return of damaged items after 24 hours will not be entertained under any circumstances.
