We believe your love affair with CLOSER jewellery will last a lifetime. Our Resmith Program is designed to ensure that your pieces remain as beautiful and wearable decades from now as the day you first received them.

  • To keep your jewelry youthful and radiant, CLOSER offers free cleaning and inspection once every two years under the Resmith Program.

  • This service helps maintain the integrity of your jewelry and ensures it continues to shine for years to come.

  • The Resmith Program becomes void if any modifications, resizing, or repair work have been performed on the jewelry by unauthorized third-party jewelers.

  • Service fees: While cleaning and inspection are complimentary, additional repair work (such as stone tightening, re-polishing, or resetting) may incur a small service fee. Our team will confirm any costs before proceeding.

  • Transferability: The Resmith Program is available only to the original purchaser or the recipient of a piece purchased directly through CLOSER or an authorized CLOSER partner.

We are committed to the lifetime value of our pieces. Through our Buyback Policy, you can sell your CLOSER jewellery back to us and reinvest in new designs.

How it works:

  1. Contact us at contact@closerjewel.com to initiate the process. Provide details and photographs of the piece(s) you wish to sell back.

  2. We will schedule the most convenient way for you to send us your jewelry (either through shipping or a pickup service, depending on location).

  3. Once received, our team will inspect and evaluate your jewelry. The valuation will depend on its condition, usage, and the original purchase price.

  4. Exclusions: Heavily customized or altered pieces may not be eligible for buyback.

  5. You will be offered a percentage of the original value. Once accepted, we will provide this amount as store credit, which can be used toward the purchase of new pieces at CLOSER.
